Services
Denis Fueco offers bespoke photography services, including family, maternity, portrait, branding, editorial, couple and lifestyle photography.
Each session is individually planned to create an experience that reflects the client’s personality, vision and story.
Booking
Photography sessions are confirmed only after mutual agreement between the client and the photographer.
Additional booking details, including scheduling, payments or reservation requirements, are communicated individually prior to the session.
Artistic Approach
Every photograph reflects the photographer’s personal artistic style, developed through years of experience.
By booking a session, the client acknowledges familiarity with the portfolio presented on this website and understands that final images will be edited in a style consistent with that portfolio.
Requests for substantial alterations or editing outside the photographer’s signature style may be declined.
Image Selection
The photographer carefully selects the strongest images from each session.
Only selected photographs are professionally edited and delivered.
RAW files, unedited images and rejected photographs are not included unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Delivery
Final photographs are delivered digitally through a secure online gallery or another agreed delivery method.
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of session and seasonal workload.
Copyright & Image Use
All photographs remain the intellectual property of Denis Fueco and are protected under international copyright law.
Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered photographs for private purposes, including sharing with family and friends or publishing on personal social media accounts.
Images may not be altered, sold, licensed, entered into competitions or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Commercial projects, branding sessions and business campaigns require an appropriate commercial usage licence agreed upon separately.
Portfolio & Promotion
Photography is an art built on trust and shared stories.
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the session, Denis Fueco reserves the right to use selected photographs for portfolio purposes, including publication on the website, social media platforms, exhibitions, printed materials and professional publications.
Client privacy is always respected. If you prefer your photographs to remain confidential, please let us know before your session, and your wishes will be honoured.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and communicating any relevant information before the session.
While every effort is made to create the best possible experience, Denis Fueco cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather conditions, travel delays, venue restrictions or other unforeseen events.
Should circumstances require a session to be postponed, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange a new mutually suitable date.

Limitation of Liability
